I am extremely happy with my care at S.H. Surgery. The machine is extremely well run, efficient and helpful. Attend the INR Clinic which is wonderfully executed and the nurses are very dealings which my GP (Dr Scott) have always been helpful, informative and useful. All in all I am most happy with the care I received at SH surgery.

Not kept waiting for too long. Treatment and discussion of symptoms. Next appointment made on the spot. General friendliness and helpful of staff. Full marks to pharmacy. Staff and reception.

More full time doctors are required as every time I manage to get an appointment with a doctor- very difficult and this received analysis of my problem. The actual problem goes on and on without being resolved.

Well organised balance between nursing and G.P interesting. Nursing appointments nearly always in time. G.P. appointment sometimes a little delayed but generally good. Only 'beef' is lack of docks in reception- when arriving for an appointment you want to see 'at a glance' whether you are on time!
